I have something like heartburn, so I can't drink very acidic drinks, wouldn't that cause a problem?

Hello, cold brew coffee can be made because it is a strong coffee. You can choose regional world coffees, such as coffee from countries like Honduras and Brazil. Best regards..:)

Hello, I want to make a strong cold brew, I add ice to my coffee in a one-to-one ratio after the process, in this case, how much water should I use to brew this 250 gram package in order not to spoil the strength of my coffee?
Answer from Mare Mosso Caffe
Hello, if you are going to add ice in a one-to-one ratio, we recommend that you brew 250 grams of coffee with about 1 liter of drinking water to maintain its hardness. You can add your ice after keeping it in the refrigerator for 16-18 hours and straining it. If you prefer a stronger flavor, you can reduce the water amount to 850–900 ml.

Sir, can I know how many spoons for 1 liter and how many spoons for 1.5 liters? I can't do the gram math.
Answer from Mare Mosso Caffe
Hello, on average, you can use 100 grams (approximately 15–16 tablespoons) for 1 liter of water, and 150 grams (approximately 22–24 tablespoons) for 1.5 liters of water. You can increase or decrease the amount of coffee a little to taste. This ratio is suitable for making a balanced and intensely flavored cold brew. Enjoy. ☕
