Brushing Angle: Hold your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gums and gently brush using circular and sweeping motions from the gums toward the teeth (from red to white). Duration: Continue brushing for at least 2 minutes to allow the whitening ingredients and intense mint flavor in the formula to fully take effect on the tooth surface. Tongue and Mouth Cleaning: To spread the intense wave of freshness throughout your mouth and remove odor-causing bacteria, gently sweep the back of your tongue with the back of the brush or its bristles.
