Product Q&As
I need presentations for my school, can I plug it into a tablet?
Answer from KabloMarketim
“Hello, the product is compatible with tablets with Type‑C input. If your tablet supports OTG feature, you can plug it in and use it. You can easily transfer your presentation files via SD or microSD card.

does it have a memory card in it
Answer from KabloMarketim
"No, there is no memory card included with the product. This product is only a Type-C USB OTG-enabled card reader. Memory cards must be purchased separately. Typically, only the converter/card reader is sold for these types of products; a memory card is not included.

Does it fit the official 13 pro and can I put the files on the phone into it?
Answer from KabloMarketim
Let's bring some technical clarity to the question about this product: Compatibility with iPhone 13 Pro: No, this “3138 Type-C USB OTG TF SD Micro Card Reader Converter Adapter” is not directly compatible with iPhone 13 Pro. Because: • The physical port of the iPhone 13 Pro is of the Lightning type, while this product requires a USB Type-C connection. • External storage devices require both physical adapter fit and iOS support to work with Apple devices. Is file transfer possible? • If a suitable Lightning to USB-C adapter is used and the product is recognized by iOS, file transfer is possible. • However, many such card readers work either partially or not at all with iOS devices. "Higher compatibility can be achieved with products such as Apple's official ""Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter""." Alternative solution suggestion: • The safest way to transfer files from iPhone 13 Pro is to use iCloud, AirDrop, or official Apple adapters. • If you want to use a physical card reader, a model with Lightning input and iOS compatibility should be preferred.

is this rechargeable ?
Answer from KabloMarketim
Dear customer, our product is not rechargeable. It operates directly through the Type‑C port, no need for external power or batteries.

how much memory does it have
Answer from KabloMarketim
This product, MAXGO MG-3138 Type-C USB OTG TF/SD card reader, does not contain a built-in memory. So it cannot store data in itself. Instead, it is used to read microSD (TF) and SD cards and transfer the data on these cards to a phone, tablet or computer with a Type-C connection. In short: it has no memory, it runs on the capacity of inserted memory cards. I can also offer a ready-made answer recommendation if you like: “The product does not include internal memory. It works according to the capacity of the SD or microSD cards inserted.”

Isn't this flash memory to send photos and pictures on the phone?
Answer from KabloMarketim
No, this product is not a flash drive. 3138 Type-C USB OTG Card Reader is used to transfer photos and videos from your phone to microSD or SD cards. If your phone has a Type-C input and supports OTG (On-The-Go) feature, you can view the files in the card or transfer files from your phone to the card through this device. But it has no memory of its own - you must insert a memory card to work.

Does Samsung A21s take a memory card to transfer phone photos?
Answer from KabloMarketim
This product can be used to transfer photos from your Samsung A21s phone. Since your device has a Type-C input, you can transfer photos from a microSD or SD card to your phone or copy them from the phone to the card with this card reader. But your phone has to support OTG (USB On-The-Go) feature. Samsung A21s is compatible as it supports this feature.

Does this product have the feature of being used as a storage area by plugging it into the phone alone (without installing any storage device compatible with its other inputs)?
Answer from KabloMarketim
No, this product does not work as a stand alone storage unit. The 313B Type-C USB OTG card reader only provides data transfer when an external TF (microSD) or SD card is inserted. Since there is no built-in memory, it does not function as storage when connected to the phone without a card inserted.
