Product description

Neomycin, Polymyxin, and Dexamethasone are ingredients containing cortieroid and antibiotic.

Neomycin is an aminoglycoside that kills gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria by inhibiting protein synthesis.

Polymyxin is an antibiotic that kills gram-negative bacteria by increg the permeability of the bacterial cell membrane.

Dexamethasone is a cortieroid that prevents the inflammatory response to a variety of factors that delay or slow healing, inhibits the immune response, and reduces capillary permeability, thus reducing swelling and pain in inflammatory conditions.

The treatment is used for: eye inflammation, as dexamethasone reduces swelling caused by inflammation and antibiotics treat bacterial infections.

Contraindications: Patients who have shown hypersensitivity to the treatment or any other component of the treatment, presence of viral or fungal infection in the eye.

Side effects of the treatment are uncommon (specific to the eye), including: eye burning, itching, irritation, redness, blurred vision, light sensitivity, itching and swelling of the eyelid.

Pregnancy: There are currently insufficient studies to confirm the safety of using the treatment on the fetus

the treatment is used if the therapeutic benefit outweighs the risk to the fetus.

A doctor or pharmacist should be consulted before taking the treatment if pregnant.

Lactation: It is unknown if it is excreted in breast milk, it is preferable to consult a doctor before use.

The treatment may cause blurred vision, it is advised not to drive or operate machinery.

Intraocular pressure should be checked if the treatment is used for more than 10 days.

Long-term use of antibiotics may lead to overgrowth of germs such as fungi.

Long-term use of cortieroids may cause glaucoma with optic nerve damage and vision problems.

If you are taking any of the following medications, tell your doctor or pharmacist, as you may need to adjust the dose or undergo certain tests: other eye drops (such as diclofenac drops), oral steroid medications (such as prednisone).

Store at room temperature, away from heat, light, and humidity.
