It helps relieve fatigue caused by jet lag and reduces the time needed to fall asleep.

To achieve these benefits, take 0.5 mg of melatonin before sleep on the day of travel and subsequent days.

For sleep improvement, consume at least 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.

Directions for use: Add 12 drops to water or juice and take before bedtime.
