is it for push in
Answer from Modares Store
Hello sir, it is an effective product for straightening toes. There is no benefit to inward pressing. It is used to relieve pain from bunions and valgus and to correct the crookedness there. We wish you a nice day.

Hello, we bought the product, but we cannot reverse the mechanism, it only works forward, you hear the gear sound, but no matter what we do, it does not turn back on to adjust it again. There was no user manual etc. It was sent very carelessly. Is there a video or booklet on how to use it?
Answer from Modares Store
Hello sir, you can free the spool part by pulling it slightly towards you. Afterwards, you can gently push it again, fit it into place, and then twist it to tighten it. We wish you a nice day.

Hello, the product does not seem suitable for left foot use. There is only the right foot in the photos. We bought the product and it is not adjustable for the left foot. Does it have a different method?
Answer from Modares Store
Hello sir, the product is suitable for use on both feet. If you tie the product from the left, it can easily be used for the left foot as well. All of our customers use it on both feet. We wish you a nice day.

Is it compatible with both feet? And when is the average time for the effect.
Answer from Modares Store
It can be used for both feet, sir. It is recommended to use it regularly in the evenings before going to bed to see a lasting effect. You start to see a difference in about 4-5 weeks

Answer from Modares Store
Hello sir, please pull the round part towards you to empty the apparatus, it will empty. You can then tighten it as much as you want by pushing and turning it.

Hello. I will buy the product but I have a question. My headboard should not fold when I go to bed at night. Is the product secured by the button on the side?
Answer from Modares Store
Hello sir, the product has a mechanism. It keeps the thumb steady at the desired setting. When you pull the button up, it releases the stability adjustment, helping you to adjust it again.

Answer from Modares Store
Hello sir, you can adjust the angle by rotating the spool part. To loosen and unload the spool, just pull the spool slightly towards you. In this way, you can fine tune it as you wish. We wish you a good day.
