Received it with a broken part as you see in the photo. I tried to return it. The delivery man from shipa delivery company found my phone off and reported to Trendyo that I cancelled the return. I immediately raised the issue to Trendyol and asked them to re-pick the item. Trendyol told me to wait and told me that my item will be picked up. But the delivery company did not come. I kept waiting, trying to reach both Trendyol and Shipa, but Trendyol kept giving me promises that the item will be picked up and Shipa was unreachable after hundreds of attemps. Eventually, the return period expired and then Trendyol just told me that they cannot do anything about it and they trust the delivery company’s word who said that I cancelled the pickup request. This is my experience with Trendyol. Trendyol don’t have a customer care hotline number in saudi arabia to directly talk to.
