Hello, I bought this product and the day I put it on, the adhesive remained on the wall and fell to the floor. I had not hung anything on it. Is it normal for this to happen?
Answer from MultiStore Ev Gereçleri
Hello, the level of product adhesive is strong. If it is adhered according to the adhesion instructions, there is no problem such as falling. If there is any dust, dirt on the round metal back part with tape, or on the ground, air bubbles will form on the tape surface and the tape will fall off due to air intake. After applying the tape, make sure there's no dust or dirt between the tape and the product. Press firmly with your hand for a moment to remove any air bubbles. Just a heads-up, have a great day!

can it be made to glass
Answer from MultiStore Ev Gereçleri
Hello, if the glass surface is smooth and it is applied according to the instructions without air bubbles between the tape and the surface, there will be no problems.
