Menakinone -7, found in mena k2+d3, is the natural form of vitamin k2. The natural vitamin k2 found in mena k2+d3 is obtained from natto, a traditional japanese food.
mena k2+d3 also contains vitamin d3. Vitamins d and k contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin d contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus.
