Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I received my order today, a pair of Nike shoes, but unfortunately, there seems to be an issue with the size. I ordered size BR 43, but I was sent size BR 41 instead. Could you please arrange to send me the correct size and provide instructions for returning the incorrect pair? I’ve attached photos of the shoes and the size details for your reference. Thank you for your assistance.

Nice, but Trendyol did something not so nice. I bought another pair of Puma shoes, paid for them, and the sale went through, but then I was surprised to find that the order had been canceled without my knowledge. I filed a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce.
