I wonder if it can be added to yogurt or can it be added to yogurt soup?
Answer from DERMOHOUSE
Hello, It can be taken preferably on an empty stomach, that is, 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. • If you have indigestion, it is also appropriate to take it with or immediately after a meal. • Avoid drinking milk, tea or coffee with the product, as they reduce iron absorption. Taking it with vitamin C (for example, orange juice) improves absorption. We wish you healthy days

Hi, does it matter if you are hungry or full? Does consuming milk after use reduce iron absorption?
Answer from DERMOHOUSE
Hello, Nutrigen Ferromixin sachet is a product containing iron supplements. These types of iron supplements are usually taken on an empty stomach because: • Iron absorption is higher when taken on an empty stomach. • However, some people may experience nausea or discomfort. Recommendation for use: • Preferably on an empty stomach, that is, 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. • If you have stomach upset, it is also appropriate to take it with or immediately after a meal. • Avoid drinking milk, tea or coffee with the product, as they reduce iron absorption. Taking it with vitamin C (for example, orange juice) improves absorption. It is best to use it as your doctor recommends. We wish you healthy days
