First Use Rinse with warm water. Clean gently with a small amount of dish detergent and a soft sponge. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and dry completely. Daily Use Rinse the product after each use; do not leave it wet. Make sure the mouthpiece is dry before closing the lid. Cleaning & Polishing (As needed) Exterior: Lightly rub with lemon + salt (or vinegar + salt) and rinse; then dry thoroughly. Interior: Do not use hard/scratchy wire; use a soft brush/sponge if necessary. Warnings Acidic beverages (lemon water, vinegar, carbonated drinks, etc.) may cause taste/reactions when in prolonged contact with copper surfaces; not recommended for such beverages. Not suitable for dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove use. Instead of leaving liquids on the surface for long periods, regular rinsing/drying is recommended for daily use.
