Set up the sauna in a suitable location in your home, and make sure the steam generator is connected to a power source and that the sauna is assembled correctly. Fill the generator’s water tank with clean water, and make sure not to overfill it. Turn on the steam generator by pressing the power button and wait for the unit to heat up. Set the temperature and time to your desired settings using the remote control. Once the unit has heated up, you can enter the sauna and sit on the portable chair. Sit or lie down in the sauna and relax as the steam surrounds you. After the desired time has elapsed, turn off the unit using the remote control and exit the sauna. Let the unit cool down before cleaning it and emptying the water tank.
