Oli̇ka iron 30*30cm square grill pan orange there are two reasons why meat cooked in cast iron pans does not stick to the pan: 1. The high temperature on the surface of the pan seals or shocks the surface of the meat. Thus, even if the meat sticks at first, it will release itself when the moisture on its surface disappears within 2-3 minutes. Thanks to the grill channels on the surface of the pan, only part of the meat is in contact with the pan. Thus, the meat is easily separated from the pan, and it also creates appealing burnt lines on the meat.
