Hello, thank you for your interest in our Optimum Creatine product. Creatine is a dietary supplement that works by filling the stores of creatine phosphate in the muscles and maintaining this saturation continuously. In order to obtain the highest efficiency and performance of this physiological mechanism, the product should be used regularly every day, including not only training days, but also rest days. For optimal benefits, our general usage recommendation is as follows: On Training Days: 1 serving (approximately 3-5 grams) immediately before or after exercise. You can consume it with a drink containing carbohydrates or protein to increase absorption. On rest days: 1 serving again, at any time of the day, preferably with a meal so as not to cause stomach upset. Regular use, in this way, every day, will help you keep the saturation of creatine in the muscles at the maximum level. As with all food supplements, we strongly remind you to consult your doctor before starting use if you have any chronic ailments or regularly use any medications. Regards.
