We are honored to present to you the crown jewel of Ethiopian crops from the Gedeb Yirgacheffe region.

This special coffee is grown from the heirloom varietal at a high altitude of 2100 meters above sea level and processed naturally (dried).

The coffee features a high heavy texture, high sweetness, and vivid clear notes reminiscent of red fruits, grapes, berries, and chocolate.

Suitable for espresso, espresso-based milk beverages, and pour-over brewing.

Suggested Recipe (V60): Medium coarse grind.

First pour: 30 ml, time 0:30. Second pour: to 100 ml, time 1:00. Third pour: to 160 ml, time 1:30. Fourth pour: to 220 ml, time 2:00. Fifth pour: to 300 ml, time 2:45 - 3:00..
