frequently asked questions (faq) – fine + chisel marker set

1) do the markers bleed through to the back page?

it is natural for alcohol-based markers to fade to the back at a certain level. Paperora markers offer a controlled transition thanks to their balanced flow structure

however, traces may be visible on thin weight paper. The protective pad that comes with the set is designed to reduce this.

2) should i store markers horizontally or vertically? Horizontal storage is recommended for optimal use. This allows the ink to be distributed equally to both ends.

3) does the ink smell bother?

a slight odor is natural with alcohol-based markers. The paperora formula has a low odor level and does not bother when used in a ventilated environment.

4) how does it differ from water-based markers? Alcohol-based markers blend much more easily. The paper fluffing and fiber formation seen in water-based pens is minimal in alcohol-based ones. Thanks to quick drying, your hands won't get dirty. Color transitions are smoother

layering is more controlled.

5) what surfaces will it work best on? Bristol, marker paper, high grammage sketch paper and ivory surfaces give the best results. In porous papers, ink can spread faster.

6) will drying occur if the lids are not closed tightly?

yes. It is important that the lids are completely closed because it is alcohol-based. When closed correctly, it is durable for a long time.

7) have the markers passed safety tests?

yes. Paperora marker pen set has been tested for quality and safety in independent türkak accredited laboratories. The product has been evaluated for heavy metals, toxicity, tip strength, and surface reactions, and has been confirmed to be safe for use.

8) can children use it? It is recommended that adults supervise children aged 7 and under due to the product being alcohol-based. Not recommended for children under 3 years old.

9) do the markers work on fabric, wood or plastic surfaces?

it does color but this set is optimized for paper surfaces. Color may not remain stable on non-porous surfaces.

10) does the fine tip break down easily? The fine tip is a thin tip designed for detailed drawings. It maintains its form under normal use

however, pressing too hard, using it on hard surfaces, or scraping paper with the tip can lead to deformation. It is long-lasting when used correctly.
