pethomealpi Cat Scratching House Anthracite

I liked the product very much. I have 2 cats, 4 kilos each, it is perfect for both of them. Both the packaging, the communication after receiving the product and the durability of the product are very good. You can order without any hesitation. My cats are a little distant for now, but they will get used to it day by day. I love it. 😊 There is no shaking in the product, the quality of the material is very good and the product is solid. My only humble advice is to change the cargo company immediately or to offer different cargo company options. I asked aras cargo to deliver it to my address because I placed my order this way. Since it is over 30 desi, under normal circumstances, I was told that I should come and pick it up from the cargo company with my private vehicle. But they kindly brought it, they were going to leave it in a shop near our house, I asked and convinced them and carried it to my balcony. Do not order such things for me or pick them up with your private vehicle (they also gave me advice). 😊 It was said that it is not our duty. In short, the employees of this company do not comply with the service standards of this quality company with their personal opinions and undisciplined work. I received my package with a small argument before I could be happy to receive the product, but since I am satisfied with the product and the company, I do not deduct my score and give it the score it deserves. Unfortunately, the service approach of the customers and the cargo does not coincide with your information. 😊 May you have abundant and fruitful earnings...
