Instructions for Use/Warnings
• Wash your hands properly. • Remove the cap and check the insulin is same as the doctor prescribed. • Wipe the tip with alcohol. • Remove the protective pull tab from the needle and screw the needle onto the pen. Remove the needle cap. • Make sure that air is clear from the needle. • Turn the dosage knob to dial the required insulin. • Look for location and with one hand, hold the pen such that your thumb is free to reach the injection button. • Inject the insulin to the location. • Throw the needle and keep the pen. Caution & Warnings: • Keep your insulin away from heat and light. Any insulin that you don't store in the refrigerator should be kept as cool as possible (between 56°F and 80°F.) • Keep unused pens of insulin in the refrigerator (between 36°F and 46°F). If stored properly, these will be good until the expiration date listed on the insulin. • Keep it away from children • If any allergy or irritation occurs, see your doctor.
