Clean around the eye and let it dry slightly. Peel off the backing paper of the bandage and apply it onto the wound. Apply it in such a way that the overlapping edges of the adhesive material are smooth and adhere to the surrounding skin. Do not apply pressure on the eye. Close the edges so that they are properly wrapped. Change the dressings daily if they become wet or more frequently if necessary. To remove it, peel off one side and quickly pull it off, or dampen the edges and smoothly remove it. Dispose of it as soon as possible after use to avoid the spread of infection.
