Prima Nova Primanova Tuscany Bathroom Set Beige 5-Piece

I was able to remove the product from the worn cardboard box you sent it two days later. I have not opened the other parts yet because the first part I took out was broken. I sent you a message either requesting a spare part or a refund. There is no way to return to the message, but the fact that the return of the product sent was reported as missing and the return was rejected is completely ridiculous. It means that you already sent me the missing product. If I opened all the boxes, I would see that the parts were missing, but would I do business with such an indifferent seller again?
