Primo Plus Camera lens protector for iPhone 17 Pro\pro Max, 9H tempered glass, scratch resistant

Unfortunately, my experience with the product was not a good one. Before placing the order, I clearly asked the seller if the product was compatible with the iPhone 17 Pro or 17 Pro Max, and I was assured that it was suitable for both devices, so I relied on that information and ordered the product. After the order arrived, I noticed that the packaging said “Pro Max,” and when I tried it on my device’s camera, it turned out that the size was different and it didn’t fit. The cost isn’t the issue; the problem is that I asked in advance to confirm the product’s compatibility before purchasing, and I relied on the information that was confirmed to me. In the future, I hope you will verify the product specifications and compatibility before providing the customer with confirmed information, so that they do not order the product based on inaccurate information. I hope you will improve the accuracy of compatibility information in the product description and respond to customer inquiries before purchase.
