Does this device come with a charger, or not? And how does it work—does it need a battery?
Answer from Primo
Yes, the Classic Radio with Bluetooth Speaker typically comes with a charging cable (usually a USB charging cable, though a wall adapter block may or may not be included depending on the specific brand). Here is how the power and battery work: Does it need a battery? Most modern retro-style Bluetooth radios come with a built-in, rechargeable lithium-ion battery. You do not need to buy separate disposable batteries; you just plug it in to charge it up, exactly like a smartphone or a portable Bluetooth speaker. How it works unplugged: Once charged, the built-in battery allows you to take the radio and use it wirelessly anywhere (like a patio, kitchen, or picnic) without needing a wall outlet. Can it run while plugged in? Yes, you can also keep it plugged into a USB wall charger while playing music, which is great for stationary desktop or bedside use. (Some hybrid retro models might also feature a compartment for backup dry-cell batteries, but built-in rechargeable batteries are the industry standard for Bluetooth versions).

It comes with a cable, so I can plug in a memory card.
Answer from Primo
Just to clear up a quick detail about how the memory card works: the cable that comes with the radio is typically a USB charging cable (used to power or recharge its internal battery) rather than something you plug the memory card into. Instead, the TF (MicroSD) card slides directly into a dedicated slot on the side or back of the radio itself! Here is how you use it: The Card Slot: Look for a small slot labeled "TF," "MicroSD," or "SD" on the radio. You push the memory card straight into that slot until it clicks into place. Playing Music: Once inserted, the radio will usually switch to card mode automatically and start playing your saved MP3 audio files. If it doesn't, you can use the Mode (M) button to cycle through Bluetooth, Radio, and Card playback. The Cable: Keep the included cable handy just for plugging into a USB wall adapter or computer whenever the radio needs its battery recharged.
