Product Q&As
I'm actually quite familiar with the operation, but there's a problem here, and it has nothing to do with operational experience.
Answer from Primo
Hello, dear customer. I’m not sure how to turn it on. You can request a return through the app, as the fans must be installed correctly. Thank you.

It arrived in working condition, but it doesn't fly. I filed a return request, but unfortunately it's delayed because I'm traveling and I was planning to give it as a gift.
Answer from Primo
Hello, dear customer. It requires some experience to operate. Thank you.

Is it made of cork or plastic?
Answer from Primo
Hello, our valued customer. Shatter-resistant plastic. Thank you.
