Proforce Rtu 12 Training Tire

Hello sir, RTU 12 is the model/serial code of the product. This model has a light (soft) resistance level and is suitable for start-up and middle-level exercises. The product can be easily used for arm, shoulder, back, chest and leg exercises by fixing it to the door, or by connecting it to fixed points such as walls, bars, posts. In the use of the door, as long as the door apparatus is placed correctly, it is safe. It does not break easily when correct installation and usage instructions are followed. However, as with any resistance band, we recommend avoiding sharp edges and sudden, uncontrolled force. It is a practical and multi-purpose product for daily exercise and home workouts. We wish you healthy days
