Product Q&As
Since it is wool, there may be a problem with the filling material being distributed homogeneously when washed.
Answer from Puffy
Dear Customer, The pillow can be washed at a maximum of 30 degrees. However, according to the washing instructions, bleach should not be used, tumble drying should not be done, and it should be periodically fluffed by hand. There is no problem as long as you follow the washing instructions. Regards.
