Hello, what are the dimensions of the product in cm? How many cm wide? how much does it weigh?

Answer from PufuToys

Hello, welcome to the world of Pufu Toys, product length is 100cm.

Translated by Google

Do you have a height measuring meter?

Answer from PufuToys

Hello, I wonder?

Translated by Google

Hello . The head of the giraffe we bought bent after a while. Do you know what we need to do to fix it?

Answer from PufuToys

Hello, welcome to the world of Pufu Toys It is not possible for the sponge macaron material located in the neck part to break. Sometimes, depending on the usage process, the inner filling fiber may slide downwards, resulting in the macaron part going down and the head part appearing to be bent. In this case, if you push the front two legs and the neck part of the giraffe upwards, towards the head, your product will return to its original form. If you have any problems, you can contact us again. We will be happy to assist you. At Pufu Toys, we meticulously craft our products with the happiness and well-being of children in mind. We hope you have a good day.
