I returned the product because it was too light and did not meet the school's requirements, but you refused to accept the return and did not refund my money or return the bag to me. I am very upset, especially since I am a regular customer of Trendyol. Your behavior is unacceptable. The reason for refusing the return is incorrect. The product is complete and nothing is missing.
