Apply your sun protection product to clean skin 15-20 minutes before going out in the sun. Shake the product before use. Apply your sunscreen evenly to the skin and massage gently. Reapply after swimming, sweating, or toweling off. Even when using sun protection products, do not stay in the sun for too long. Excessive sun exposure is a serious health threat. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Avoid contact with the eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Consult a doctor if you experience any unwanted effects from using the product. Keep the product out of reach of small children. If swallowed, seek medical advice. Reducing the amount applied will significantly reduce the level of protection.
