Hello, isn't it enough to drink it once a day on an empty or full stomach?
Answer from Qualita Farma
Hello sir, we recommend that you use the product by swallowing 1 capsule with 1 glass of water half an hour before going to bed at night. Whether you're hungry or full doesn't really matter. Probiotics are more effective when you're sleeping and resting. Doctors may recommend using it 2x a day in some cases. If the doctor did not recommend anything, it is enough once. If he did recommend, please use it according to the doctor's recommendation. We wish you a happy holiday. Regards.

Answer from Qualita Farma
The usage method recommended by the doctor is the most suitable for you. We wrote the standard usage, but the doctor suggested the usage method suitable for your situation. 1 use in the morning and 1 in the evening would not be a problem.
