You wrote down the date of receipt of the product as October 15, and I contacted Armex to find out when they delivered the return to you. They told me that the return was delivered to you on October 18. I contacted Trendyol customer service, and they told me to call you to confirm.

Hello dear, thank you for your message. Please note that this case is fully managed by Trendyol, as they are responsible for both the payment and return process. As sellers, we do not receive any payments or returned packages directly from customers — everything is handled through Aramex and Trendyol’s system. Trendyol usually releases the payment to us about 20 days after confirming the returned item is received. Since you mentioned that you returned the product three days after purchase and handed it to the courier, kindly contact Trendyol Customer Service and open a complaint ticket regarding your refund. Please provide them with the Aramex confirmation showing that the package was returned, so they can verify it and process your refund accordingly.

I requested a refund for the product, but my request was rejected even though I returned the product in its original condition and did not receive a refund.

Hello dear, thank you for contacting us. Please check the tracking number and confirm who the package was handed to, as we haven’t received any returned item yet. Kindly note that we have no control over the pickup or delivery process — it is entirely managed by Aramex. Trendyol updates the order status only according to Aramex’s system. We recommend contacting Aramex to verify the delivery status, and if there’s no response, please reach out to Trendyol customer service for further assistance.
