Apply RefectoCil Eye Makeup Remover to remove your makeup and cleanse the eye area. For best results, your eyelashes and eyebrows should be clean and free of oil. Use RefectoCil Under-Eye Protective Pads to prevent the dye from staining the skin. In the mixing bowl, mix 2 cm of dye with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant using the mixing stick. DYEING THE EYEBROWS For eyebrows: apply from the roots to the tips. Leave on for 5–10 minutes, depending on the desired intensity. At the end of the specified time, wipe off any excess dye with a dry cotton pad. DYEING EYELASHES To dye the eyelashes, keep your eyes completely closed from start to finish. Apply using the dye applicator until the eyelashes are completely covered with dye. Depending on the desired intensity, let it sit for 5–10 minutes. At the end of the specified time, remove any excess dye using a dry cotton pad. Rinse thoroughly with water and a cotton pad until all excess dye is removed. SACHANE VALUES
