I see holes in the part that covers the eye. Can we see around it or is the eye part closed while the eye is being massaged?
Answer from Relaxus
Hello sir The holes in the eye part are due to design, the device does not apply pressure around the eye while massaging. But the eye part is closed while massaging, you can't see clearly out. So the field of vision is closed while the device gives a relaxing massage to the eye area. Thank you for your interest.

In the comments, they said there is no vibration, what kind of massage does it give?
Answer from Relaxus
Hello, our product massages the head area with squeezing (air pressure) and rubbing movements. It does not have a vibration function. It offers a soothing experience along with its heating feature. The absence of pulsations noted in the comments is due to the principle of operation of the device. Thank you for your attention
