Cold Therapy: Place the pack in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before each use. Hot Therapy: 1- Hot water (boiled): Place the pack in hot water (max 80°C) for 15-20 minutes. Remove the pack and wrap it in a dry towel. Place it on the affected area. 2- Microwave: Place the pack in the microwave oven (1000W recommended). Watts: 1000W (2.40 min), 700W (4 min), 600W (4.40 min), 450W (5.20 min). Consult your doctor for long-term treatment. Ask your doctor to choose the best treatment for you. Place inside a towel or cloth, whether hot or cold, to protect the skin from burns. Use for 20 minutes per session, whether hot or cold.
