How many minutes should be used for hair?
Answer from roichilTicaret
Hello, thank you for your interest. Our smart electric massage comb is ideal to apply 1-2 times a day for 10 to 15 minutes each use. This time is enough to get the most effective result without overloading your head skin. Thank you for choosing us sir

Hello, I could not find the charging port. The product arrived, but I cannot feel the vibration.
Answer from roichilTicaret
Hello, thank you for your interest. Charging location: At the bottom of the comb device (directly opposite the side facing the bristle tips), there is a USB-C (or Micro USB) connection slot under a small water-resistant cover. You can charge this cover with an adapter or power bank by slightly opening it. Vibration sensation: The device has 2 levels of vibration/power button. At the first stage, the heating and micro-current effect is dominant, and the vibration may be slight. For more pronounced vibration, take it to high mode “2”: by holding the button for 2 s or pressing twice in a row, the intense vibration mode is activated. --- If the vibration is still not felt enough during use, I suggest combing it with gentle up and down movements, pressing the device directly into the scalp – this helps you to get the vibration more clearly.

Hi, does it have an oil reservoir? Is it for dry combing only? Thanks 🙏
Answer from roichilTicaret
Hello, thank you for your interest. There is no oil reservoir in the product. Suitable for dry use, it is recommended not to use with oil or liquid.

Good luck, can we pour oil inside and spread it on the hair?
Answer from roichilTicaret
Hello, it is not recommended to pour oil directly into the product. Since the device contains electronic components, liquids like oil can damage the device. It would be better to apply the oil to the hair with your hands first, and then use the massage comb.
