Product Q&As
Hello. I bought GAİNER MASS ULTIMATE from you. You don't have it in stock now. For usage, it says "Mix 2 scoops of Gaineri in 400 ml of water or milk and consume 3 times a day." I want to know whether I should prepare 400 ml of the mixture once and consume it in 3 meals, or should I prepare 400 ml again each time I consume it?
Answer from Ronic Nutrition Türkiye
Hello sir, you should prepare it fresh and use it every time you consume it.

Isn't it 700 grams? How many servings?
Answer from Ronic Nutrition Türkiye
Hello sir, 700 grams is 116 servings.
Translated by Google
How should it be used?
Answer from Ronic Nutrition Türkiye
Hello sir, it contains approximately 116 servings. Serving Size is 6 grams. You can use 1 scoop (6 g) of the product with 100 ml of liquid (water) before or after your workout, at your discretion. Creatine helps increase power and energy. It allows you to train heavier and for longer periods of time. It helps in muscle formation and growth when used regularly.

It does not dissolve completely and it has a paste-like consistency at the bottom of the bottle. Is it normal?
Answer from Ronic Nutrition Türkiye
Hello, yes sir, it is normal. It should be exactly like this because the product does not contain any chemical substances or intense preservatives. Therefore, you should not wait after preparation, but consume it immediately. You should also wash the shaker immediately after using it. Or else you will end up with a gooey consistency and a bad smell. It means this product is the closest to natural.

Hello, it says 200 milligrams of water in the box, but shouldn't it normally be 300-400? Which one is correct?
Answer from Ronic Nutrition Türkiye
Hello sir, it contains approximately 116 servings. Serving Size is 6 grams. You can use 1 scoop (6 g) of the product with 100 ml of liquid (water) before or after your workout, as per your discretion.

Is it okay if I mix it with products like bcaa and protein?
Answer from Ronic Nutrition Türkiye
Hello sir, we recommend that you use the products without mixing them together.

Do you recommend drinking it with milk? Could it be more effective?
Answer from Ronic Nutrition Türkiye
Hello sir, you should consume it as recommended.
Translated by Google
Isn't the product exactly 700 grams? How does the 116 serve? When I took 600 grams of creatine, I finished 300 in 60 servings and 300 in the other 60 servings. 600 grams turned out to be 120 servings.
Answer from Ronic Nutrition Türkiye
Hello, the way of filling the scale may be a few servings more, the weight may be + 10.
