RUNFLEX Women's Modal Wide Leg Sweatpants

The brown tracksuit laces were sent to me in black. When I messaged the seller, they said our laces are black. I couldn't see black color neither in the photo nor in the comments/photos. When I said this, I got a completely different answer because we use two colored cords. Even though I said that the product was urgent and that I bought it as a gift, not a single brown lace was sent. If it's a brown tracksuit, I don't understand why the laces are black and why it looks so contrasting. Even though I told my grievance, it is another matter to be told to return it with a misleading and sloppy answer. It shouldn't be this hard to send a lace. I don't have time to return it. I'm not normally someone who makes bad comments, even though I wasn't satisfied, I wouldn't write it, the misleading information and attitude bothered me a lot. I gave 1 star extra for the tracksuit. EDIT: the seller sent a gift with spare laces, thank you

I loved the color and texture, it is a really high quality product, you should buy your exact size, the patterns are very good, thank you runflex

I loved it, it's absolutely perfect

I love the fabric of the product

I couldn't relate it to the picture. Straight leg tracksuit, not wide leg.
