The fabric is old, very wrinkled and sloppy, with an iron pressed on the overlock part on the mouth and head, and a very interesting mark has formed.
Answer from Şahane İstanbul
Hello, First of all, we sincerely apologize for this negative experience and the situation you encountered. This situation, which was overlooked during the control and packaging phase of our products, also saddened us greatly.

Should it go over your head or do you need to tie it with a rope?

Hello! Our product is worn over the head and tied to fit perfectly on your head using the strings at the back. This way, it does not slip throughout the day and provides an extremely comfortable use.
