Product Q&As
Hello, after opening the halva, how should we store it? I mean, it becomes runny after opening it. How long does it last when left closed? How should we store and eat it after opening? It always becomes runny at home and cannot be eaten. How is your halva?
Answer from Seyidoğlu Gıda
Hello, Halva should be stored in a cool, light-free, moisture-free and dry place. Excessive temperature or humidity can deteriorate the quality of halva. Halva should be stored in an airtight container and the lid should be tightly closed. It may not need to be stored in the refrigerator, but if it will be stored for a long time, it is recommended to store it in the refrigerator.
