Usage: switch to desired setting (moisture/pH/light), insert probe into soil about 2–4 inches, wait ~10 minutes and read the meter, then remove and clean the probe. Notes: insert probe vertically near the root area and push gently to avoid damage; if soil is too dry for accurate pH readings, moisten the soil and retest after ~30 minutes; designed for soil testing only (do not test pure water or other liquids); clean probe after use and avoid leaving it inserted for long periods.
