Product Q&As
Is the chair white?
Answer from HubSmartCart
It’s grey with black frame .

Peace be upon you, I ordered a chair with a white M18 body color, but I received a chair with a black body, which does not match my order at all. Unfortunately, the product was received while I was away, and it was installed by the parents, and they thought it was correct, and then the carton was thrown away. However, I ask you to please take responsibility for the error, as the issue is not on my end, but rather the sending of an incorrect product. Attached is a picture of the product that arrived and a copy of the product page. I ask you to either: - Send only the correct item (the white body), or - Provide appropriate compensation for the error. Thank you for your cooperation, Rahaf
