I ordered a blender, but a different brand arrived, and it came with my kids' clothes. I returned them, but unfortunately, I haven't gotten my money back. Can you tell me why? And now I don't know how to get my money back—the number listed isn't answering.

It's not that I chose this 10,000, I chose 4,500.

The seller is dishonest and lacks credibility. I bought two products from him; one was a generator listed as 10,000 watts in the description, but he sent me a 5,500-watt generator instead of the 10,000-watt one. Also, a used blender—there’s no way it could be new—and secondly, the company name is different from the one I chose. And just so you know, this person is a scammer with no credibility and is deliberately trying to pull a fast one—even with the second product, it said “two pieces,” but I swear to God, he sent me just one piece—meaning both products were is the same scam. Therefore, I do not recommend dealing with this seller. He must be held accountable and warned against, because he will tarnish the site’s reputation.
