Bad product. I turned it on for less than a minute, and it overheated and burned out. I don't know how to return it.

The product arrived, but the grinder didn't work, so I returned it to the supplier. However, I didn't get a refund or a replacement product. I don't recommend it. It's been a month, and I haven't been able to return the product or get my money back.
