Solvex Syrup 100 ml is an effective treatment for coughs accompanied by phlegm.

This medicine contains an active ingredient that acts as a phlegm solvent, reducing its viscosity and facilitating its expulsion from the airway, thereby relieving annoying symptoms.

Uses of Solvex syrup include colds and flu, , and other respiratory infections accompanied by phlegm.

Ingredients of Solvex syrup: The active ingredient is Bromhexine, a phlegm solvent, along with sweeteners, preservatives, flavorings, and distilled water.

Dosages vary by age: Children 2 to 5 years: 2 mg twice daily, or 4 mg twice daily, with a maximum of 8 mg daily.

Children 6 to 11 years: 4 to 8 mg twice daily, with a maximum of 24 mg daily.

Adolescents and adults (12 years and older): 8 mg 3 times daily as needed, and the dose can be increased to 16 mg 3 times daily during the first seven days.

How to use the syrup correctly: Do not use the medicine for more than 14 consecutive days without consulting a doctor.

Solvex syrup can be taken with or without food.

Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery while taking the medicine, as it may cause dizziness.

Adhere to the ed daily dose and do not exceed it.

Stop using the medicine immediately and consult a doctor if any unusual side effects appear.

Possible side effects when using Solvex treatment may include gastrointestinal disorders (, nausea, vomiting, indigestion, and abdominal pain), dizziness and headache, rash and itching, and excessive sweating.

Possible drug interactions with Solvex treatment: Before using the syrup, caution should be exercised with other suppressants and some antibiotics such as Amoxicillin, Erythromycin, and Cefuroxime.

Contraindications for treatment: The medicine is contraindicated in case of allergy to any of its components.

Precautions and warnings when using Solvex: The medicine should be used with caution in cases of stomach ulcers, liver and kidney diseases, acute lung infections, the elderly, and children under two years of age.

Solvex storage method: To maintain the effectiveness of the medicine, store at room temperature, below 30 degrees Celsius.
