Make sure your eyebrows are dry and free of oils or creams before use; 1. Choose the gel that suits your eyebrow density: If your eyebrows are sparse, choose one of our tinted gels to fill in the gaps. 2. Use Clear Eyebrow Gel #938 on its own for a clean, fresh look, or over eyebrow powder or pencil for a complete look. 3. Before use, wipe off any excess gel using the cap. 4. Start by applying the gel to the inner part of the eyebrow, then move the brush outward in the direction of hair growth. Tip: Move the brush back and forth over the fine hairs above your eyebrows to create a longer, fuller look.
