Product Q&As
Okay, if I return it and buy a new one, I'll lose money because I bought it for 26 riyals and I expect the price to be 35 now. What's the solution?
Answer from The Light Step
We completely understand your concern. Since you purchased the item during a special promotion at 26 SAR, and the current price is now 35 SAR, unfortunately Trendyol does not allow us to match or restore the old campaign price after the promotion ends. The only option available is a refund for the returned item at the original price you paid, and any new order will be at the current price shown on the product page. We truly wish we could offer the same discount again, but this is fully controlled by Trendyol’s system. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
