We’re sorry for the inconvenience. You requested a return because the size was small, but the pickup courier has not arrived for more than one week. Pickup delays can sometimes occur due to courier scheduling or high demand. Please check the return status in the app. If the pickup is still pending, we kindly recommend contacting Customer Support through the app so they can reschedule the pickup or follow up with the courier. We apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience.
