The knife is made of molybdenum/vanadium stainless steel, which is why it stays sharp for a very long time.
This product should be washed before first use.
Blade material: Stainless steel.
Handle material: Polypropylene plastic, thermoplastic elastomers.
Care: Hand wash only.
