Hello, I am thinking of purchasing your Taç Döküm Granite Fish Pan 36 cm product. I have a few health questions: 1. Does the non-stick coating contain PTFE (Teflon) or PFAS group chemicals? 2. Is the coating a true ceramic based, or a granite look PTFE coating? 3. Is there a test report or certificate of the product's compliance with food contact? I would appreciate it if you could give clear information on these issues. Thanks.

Dear customer, the cover is steel sir.

I already washed it by hand, it didn't come off, the adhesive remained.

    does adhesion

    Answer from Taçev

Dear customer, thanks to its cast granite structure, the product does not stick when used correctly. It is enough to use it at medium heat and not to prefer metal utensils. We wish you good shopping.

There is no defect in the product. I received it today. To be honest, I bought it to make water pastry, but it is not even 3 cm deep. If it is deeper, I would like to buy it.

    Answer from Taçev

Dear customer, the depth of the sent Crown Cast Granite Fish Pan 36 cm model is approximately 2.5 cm. If you are looking for a deeper pan to make water pastry, there are higher-sided alternatives in Taç's cast or granite collection. Regards.

Is this product good for use on a wood fire

    Answer from Taçev

Dear customer, This pan is not suitable for use on a wood fire. Granite finish and wood handle can be damaged by high and uneven heat. For safe use, we recommend choosing a cast (uncoated) pan that can be used directly over fire. We wish you a nice day.
