Tanay Ceylon Imported Leaf Ceylon Tea 750 gr

Put teaspoon of tea for each cup in your pot. Add extra in a spoon. Use freshly boiled drinking water when brewing your tea. For the best flavor, go with a porcelain or glass infuser. After waiting for 15-20 minutes, you can enjoy your tea. Assuming you haven't used it before, the tea you will brew with only Tanay tea will have a serious brewing ratio, so if you mix it with Turkish tea, you can achieve the consistency. Have a great day.

To soften Ceylon tea without using Turkish tea, you need to pay attention to the brewing technique and water temperature. Ceylon teas are larger leaf, more intense aroma and more brisk than Turkish tea. 1. Washing Before Brewing: After placing your loose leaf tea in the infuser, rinse it once with cold water and drain. This removes any excess dust and the outer layer that can cause a sudden astringency, resulting in a smoother, more palatable brew. 2. Checking the Water Temperature: Never pour boiling water directly over the tea. Remove the boiled water from the stove and let it rest for about 2-3 minutes to reduce its temperature to 80-85 degrees, which will prevent the leaves from burning and the taste from becoming bitter. 3. Keeping the Brewing Time Short: Unlike Turkish tea, instant tea brews much faster (approximately 5-10 minutes is sufficient). To reduce astringency: Serve the tea as soon as it collapses (when brewed). Keep the brewing time short as it will get bitter if you wait.
